We specialize in handcrafted, repurposed, and custom jewelry, as well as accessories such as bags and wallets.

  • Variations: Because many of our items are handcrafted or use repurposed materials, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

  • Permanent Jewelry: Services for “Permanent Jewelry” are provided in-person at our Whittier, CA location by appointment. All service-related risks and care instructions will be provided at the time of the appointment.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES & SERVICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Territory: We currently offer shipping to the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Please read carefully: Our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products.

  • Final Sale: All jewelry, accessories (including bags, slippers, and wallets), and pre-ordered items are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds will be issued for “change of mind.”

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must email info@shopluxesuites.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a repair, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

  • Measurements: Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements provided in the catalog before purchasing.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Shop Luxe Suites logo, designs, text, graphics, and images are the intellectual property of TheVaieBoutique. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

Shop Luxe Suites shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content.

11. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

(c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

(d) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;

(f) to use the Service for any text messaging program that violates carrier regulations or applicable laws.

12. MESSAGING AND SMS TERMS (A2P COMPLIANCE)

By opting into our messaging programs (whether by checking an explicit box on a contact or order form, texting a keyword to our phone number, or agreeing at an in-person event), you agree to receive automated marketing, promotional, and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Shop Luxe Suites, including but not limited to order updates, abandoned cart reminders, appointment reminders for Permanent Jewelry, and exclusive offers.

  • Carrier Non-Liability: Standard mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Opt-In and Cost: Agreement to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
